We offer a variety of different dance inspired fitness classes. They are guaranteed to be fun and exciting. And no previous dancing skills are required! We want you to come and have fun dancing your way to a new you without judgement!
Each class will have you moving to great music, working up a sweat, building muscles you never knew you had or just allowing your body mind and soul to feel good!

A ballet and lyrical dance inspired workout that will help you with toning muscles and perfecting posture and grace. This class starts with stretching, followed by basic barre, some centre work and fluid motion sequences. All the basic techniques will help to bring out the inner dancer in you.
Looking for an intense kickboxing inspired class to enhance your fitness level? Try Cardio Kickblast. This class will quickly elevate your heart rate to the target zone helping you to burn fat and calories. Moves are repetitious, but fun and will keep you moving throughout the entire hour. Proper execution of arm and leg movements are stressed to help define and sculpt those extremities.

Are you looking to tighten that mid-section? 30 minutes of this class is dedicated to core exercises that will strengthen and build the abdominal muscles and back. The next 30 minutes of this class includes an intense lower body (legs, thighs & buttock)workout using a variety of exercise equipment. Your goal…to carve out those fab abs and to lift your most booti-u-tiful rear EVER!
Ever wanted to try a step class at one of those big gyms, but were afraid or embarrassed because they moved so fast and everyone really seemed to know what they were doing? Now is your chance! Learn the basic movements based on 32 counts for the step.
Step aerobics is an exercise program done to music that involves performing different movements with the arms and legs while stepping onto and off of a small portable platform ranging from four to ten inches.
You will learn to combine a series of floor foot patterns with those that require stepping on and off the platform. This class is perfect for those wanted to learn the basic level and move into basic combination moves. Step aerobics is an extension of floor aerobics and offers the same cardiovascular and muscular benefits.
So “Step to it”….register today as space is limited to 5 (due to the number of steps we have) unless you are able to bring your own.
The following classes fall under our 5, 6, 7, 8 Divas Classes. These classes are for women only over the age of 18 and up to 100+ years old. 16 and 17 year olds...if you have parent's permission or mom is participating, then we would love to have you as well!
No nudity is involved! These are strictly dance fitness classes!
This class is a FUN and EXCITING work out that will show you how to get those hips rolling and put that arch in your back to really get that booty popping!

Looking for sexy moves? You won't find them in this class, but you will find that sexy body that will come from taking this class!
The first 30 minutes will focus on intense toning of the abs and butt. Then you will be taken through a 30 minute intense stretching session to elongate your muscles. This class will utilize a variety of equipment to keep you challenged. Types of equipment include free weights, stretch bands, balance balls, the chair and the pole!
*Bring your yoga mat or towel!
Not sure if Polercize is for you? Would like to try a class with other first timers? Get a fabulous introduction into what pole fitness has to offer. This special intro class is for ladies that have never touched a pole before. You'll start this beginner pole dance class learning some of the fundamental moves of Polercize to include proper warm ups, stretching, dancing moves, tricks and a spin or two!
Have fun while actively stretching and working out key muscle groups and increasing overall body flexibility. Use your newfound strength and skills to impress others, beautify dance moves/positions, improve daily workouts, and relieve stress while feeling better about a more toned and sexier you in a sexy way!
A great toning workout that will have you learning exotic and sexy moves on the pole. Class consists of warm up, pole tricks and a cool down. Bring knee pads if you have them.
You will be bruised and sore, but your self confidence will fly high and you will feel great!
*You must have taken the Pole-Taster class at least once before taking Polercize
This is our intermediate level pole class in which you will be working on intermediate spins and tricks. Class will consist of a warm up, body conditioning, pole tricks and a cool down stretch.
